Return and Exchange Policy
You may exchange your shoes if they are:
- too small or too big
- damaged upon receipt
- incorrect upon receipt
Items can only be exchanged within 2 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. No exchanges for sale or discounted purchases.
Items can only be exchanged for the same item. If the items for exchange are out-of-stock, you may opt to choose a different product of equal or lower value (for lower priced item, price difference will not be refunded), or convert it to RAMP MNL credits which can be used for your next purchase.
Your request will be subject for approval from our team. Once approved, items can be shipped on the next business day upon receiving the returned items. Please note that you will have to book the courier and shoulder any additional cost of delivery (unless item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt).
If you wish to return your shoes, we do not offer cash refunds, instead you will be refunded with RAMP MNL credits equivalent to the amount you paid. You may use these credits to purchase anything on our website.
