1. Where are your shoes made and who makes them?
 
All our shoes are proudly designed and produced in the Philippines. They are handcrafted by skilled local artisans from Marikina.

 
2. What kind of leather do you use for your shoes?
 
We use 100% premium genuine full-grain lambskin and kidskin leather. Genuine full-grain leather is of the highest quality, and lambskin or kidskin are the softest type of leather available. These types of leather were chosen for ultimate comfort and maximum durability. We do not use pig leather.
 

3. Could there be differences between the shoes I receive and what I see on your website/social media posts?
 
Each pair of RAMP MNL shoes are handcrafted individually using only premium genuine leather, so no two leathers and no two pairs are identical. There may also be light variations in color due to lighting during photography and screen monitors’ resolutions. 
 

4. How do I know my size?

5. How do I place an order?
 
All our products are available on hand and can be ordered through the website. Simply add your chosen items to your cart, proceed to checkout and fill out the forms, settle your payment, and then your favorite pair of RAMP MNL shoes will be shipped right to your doorstep.
 

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
 
You can cancel or change your orders within 1 hour after placing your order. Kindly send us a message on Instagram and Facebook so we can better assist you.
 
Fully paid orders will not be refunded but the amount deposited will be converted to RAMP MNL credits equivalent to the amount you paid. You may use these credits to purchase anything on our website.
 
Orders cannot be cancelled once the items have been shipped out. 
 

7. Do you accept pre-orders or made-to-orders?
 
All our products are on hand. We currently do not accept pre-orders or made-to-orders.
 

8. What if an item is out of stock?
 
We can notify you when the product you are looking for is back in stock. Just fill out the form here and we will send you an e-mail as soon as the item is available.  
 

9. What are your payment options?
 
We accept payments through BPI and BDO bank deposit/online transfer, as well as through GCash. We currently do not accept debit cards and credit cards, but we will make this option available in the future.
 

10. Do you have a cut-off time for orders and payments?
 
You can place an order anytime at our website. However, in order to secure your orders, payment must be settled within the next banking day and proof of payment must be sent to us on or before 3:00 PM of the same day.
 
Stocks are limited, so if you have not sent us proof of payment within the specified deadline, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. Your items will then be made available to other customers.
 
If you paid but sent your proof of payment after the specified deadline, your order will automatically be cancelled, but you will be refunded with RAMP MNL credits equivalent to the amount you paid. You may use these credits to purchase anything on our website.
 

11. Do you accept cash-on-delivery?
 
We currently do not accept cash-on-delivery, but we will make this option available soon.
 

12. What courier do you use and how much is the shipping fee?
 
We have partnered with Blitz Delivery for all our shipping needs nationwide.  Shipping fees will depend on the number of orders and your shipping location.
 
Standard Shipping Fees:
Metro Manila: Php 150-200
Greater Metro Manila (Bulacan, Laguna, Rizal, Cavite): Php 180-220
Other Provinces: Php 200-250
 

13. Do you do same-day delivery?
 
We currently do not do same-day delivery, but we will make this option available soon.
 

14. How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
 
Orders are shipped on the next business day after the payment has been processed and confirmed. We dispatch orders from Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Holidays).
 
Standard Shipping usually takes 1-3 days (for Metro Manila) or 3-5 days (for Provinces) after dispatch of orders.
 
These are just estimated and not guaranteed as delays may be caused by the courier and are beyond our control.
 

15. How can I track my package after placing an order?
 
We will send you the shipping tracking details of your order via e-mail on the scheduled day of dispatch. You can input the tracking number at the Blitz Delivery website to know the status of your package.
 

16. Do you ship internationally?
 
We currently do not ship internationally, but we plan to make this option available in the future.
 

17. Can I exchange my shoes after I receive them?
 
You can have your shoes exchanged if it is too small or too big, or damaged or incorrect upon receipt. Shoes can only be exchanged within 2 days after receiving your purchase. Check out our Return and Exchange Policy for the process of returning/exchanging your shoes.
 

18. How do I take care of my leather shoes?
 
RAMP MNL shoes are made of premium genuine full-grain leather that need some TLC for it to last for years. Check out our Shoe Care Guide to keep your favorite pair in perfect condition.
 

19. Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store, but our website is open for orders 24/7.
